Basic Spanish: Conversation and Concepts with Gino Brazil

The January 2024 Basic Spanish session will include several activities and drills designed to give participants a chance to practice their Spanish speaking skills. Included in the activities: small group breakout conversations; practice reading sentences and short paragraphs; identifying basic verb tenses (presente, pretérito, imperfecto, futuro); short translations from English to Spanish and Spanish to English, and more. This class is designed for beginning to low intermediate Spanish students. Participants should be able to read some basic sentences in Spanish and have a general understanding of the simple verbs.
