Practice reading aloud to a friendly therapy dog from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter Pet Outreach Program! Our dogs are patient, cuddly, and love to hear stories!

Do you play guitar and read music? If so, you are invited to join the Santa Fe Guitar Ensemble. We meet weekly at La Farge Branch Library and we welcome anybody who would like to share their love for music. 

Join us for a lively storytime followed by a hands-on craft for kids. This storytime is geared especially towards preschoolers and kindergarteners, though kids of all ages are welcome! 

Come join in a gentle yoga and meditation class at the Main Library. All skill levels welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat and props

At Paws and Pages*, children can practice their reading skills by sharing a story with a furry friend. This program is for early school age children. No registration is required.

Safe harbor to explore LGBTQ+ literature

Join us for a lively storytime followed by a hands-on craft for kids. This storytime is geared especially towards preschoolers and kindergarteners, though kids of all ages are welcome!

Teens are invited to decompress after school with tea and snacks, art supplies, board games, a reading nook/nap zone, wifi, and more. 

Hang out space for teens to relax with games, crafts, snacks, study rooms, and wi-fi.

Join us for a fiber-arts social gathering! Knit, crochet, embroider, stitch, and more! Supplies and help will be available. Bring your own project to work on in our community setting or begin a new one. All skill levels welcome! For Adults.

Youth Chess is a weekly chance for school age youth to continue to improve their critical thinking skills through the game of chess. While playing the game with other youth, new techniques, strategies, and tricks are introduced.

Read about and discuss the wonders of the natural world with like-minded people. Each session revolves around a new title from a curated list of recent publications.  

Read an author of your choosing from a predetermined country. January's nation is Vietnam.

We will meet each third Thursday of the month to discuss your author, their works, and any themes they explore. 

Join artist Christina Kortz to explore the art of sound and music by creating your very own music stick using ribbons and jingle bells!
