Bee Walk and Talk with Dr. Olivia Carril at the Santa Fe River

New Mexico is home to over 1000 bee species, ranging from carpenter bees the size of a thumb, to fairy bees the size of an eyelash. All are important pollinators of our diverse native plants, and provide the foundation for healthy and resilient ecosystems. Please join Dr. Olivia Carril by the Santa Fe River for a FREE bee talk and walk.

Dr. Olivia Carril has been studying native bees for over 25 years. She is the coauthor of three books about native bees. She also conducts large scale surveys of bees in western states, and rare plants that are pollinated by bees.
