Event Details

Fall in New Mexico is chile pepper harvest time. New Mexico State University's Stephanie Walker will present an informational program that will discuss New Mexico's connection with chile peppers as well as tips on harvesting, preserving and using them. Professor Walker is Co-director of the Chile Pepper Institute and is the Vegetable Specialist for NMSU's Extension services.
