Marianne Hornbuckle is a life-long artist, an accomplished painter and sculptor, and has lived in Pojoaque, New Mexico, since 1983. After showing in regional, national and Santa Fe galleries for 20 years, she began to show independently and develop a web presence. She was an original founder of the Pojoaque River Art Tour (25 years) and currently shows with Santa Fe Society of Artists (20 years).
Her abstract works express her intense curiosity about most things, imagining ”the great mystery”, of the universal spirit, cosmic Energy, and the newest revelations of space photography and neuroscience.
Her work will be on display for the month of August at the Southside Library, and she will host a reception for her show on Thursday, August 8th from 3:00-5:00pm.
