The Power of Habits: How to Create and Break Habits

This workshop will cover the importance our daily habits play in our lives and how we can best use them to achieve the goals and lifestyle that we want. The presentation will also cover common struggles with keeping new habits and how we can learn the skill of self-discipline and develop self-trust.

This can be beneficial for literally anyone! Habits and simple shifts can really transform someone's life. This program aims to inspire and promote what one can achieve through awareness and making small shifts in daily choices.

 

Kristyn Arnold is a certified coach that specializes in teaching people about the transformative power of habits through awareness and understanding how our brain works. Kristyn Arnold is also a mindfulness and yoga teacher.
