IndigenousWays Festival - September 21, 2022, from 4 - 7 PM MT

Santa Fe Public Library will be joining IndigenousWays Festival on September 21st with a special children's storytime and craft at 4PM and information about the 2022 Santa Fe Reads, NEA Big Read!

Taking the mainstage at the last IndigenousWays Festival of the season is G Precious a Hip Hop, R&B and Rap artist from Ohkay Owingeh. G Precious is a multiple New Mexico Music Award Winner, and her songs speak to both her joyful and painful experiences on the reservation. Opening for Precious G is the acclaimed reggae/rock band, Innastate. Known for their heartfelt songs that draws inspiration from their indigenous heritage, this band has an engaged fan base that follow them wherever they perform. And WiseFools, the stilt walking, spectacle making puppet masters are back for a second time to delight the young and old. We’ll have drumming lessons, face-painting, a collage workshop alongside food trucks and artists booth. Event is free and family friendly.
