Successful Aging Strategies Workshop Series
Part of the Age-Friendly Santa Fe Initiative
Join Age-Friendly Santa Fe as we explore strategies and skills that support healthy and successful aging!
This is a series of four 90-minute workshops where we will explore skills and attitudes that help us age well. Each workshop consists of a 45-minute lecture on evidence-based strategies that keep us physically and mentally active and engaged in our communities. This workshop will also consist of a 45-minute discussion and brainstorming session on ways our City can grow resources and services along the AARP 8 Domains of Livability.

Facilitated by Andrew West, PhD.
Andrew West researches healthy aging and consults with local governments and non-profit organizations on programs and policies that help older adults thrive in their communities. He is also a personal trainer and senior fitness expert specializing in functional fitness for aging bodies.
