Author Talk: Ali DeMoro "The Jealous Little Munchkin" Children's Book

Munchkin is a kitty who lives happily with her Mama and Papa Kitty. When Munchkin's parents bring home a new baby sister, a puppy named Buttercup, Munchkin doesn't know what to do! Life is thrown upside down as she learns to live with her new sister. Learn with Munchkin as she adjusts to this new, big, and fuzzy addition to her family.

Ali DeMoro comes to the world of children's writing after a decade as a marketing professional, who spent the last four years as an in-house copywriter. Ali earned a double bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts and Business Management & Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Story with heart is what continues to fuel her writing. As a children's author, Ali's stories are inspired by life lessons from her own childhood. She hopes that through her children's stories, she can share the joys of adventure and curiosity of life with her young audience.

Vikki, who is widely recognized by her professional name, Vikkireds, is an illustrator and graphic designer based out of Perth, Australia. From illustrations to sketches, portraits, and more, Vikki brings her unique style and expertise to each project she undertakes. She was thrilled to help The Jealous Little Munchkin come to life in partnership with its author, Ali DeMoro.
